    My 4X great grand uncle helped me break through a brick wall with my Riggin family, but he was such an interesting man in his own right. He knew Abraham Lincoln, lent him books when Lincoln was a young man, lost an election to Abe in 1838, and was a prominent Menard County, Illinois, citizen in his day. I also found a drawing of him in an old Atlas that I was able to purchase.
